Dell M. Clarke Memorial Scholarship 

Scholarship is in memory of Dell M. Clarke. Recipients must be enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students who have lived in Ward County, ND for at least five years preceding date of application. Scholarship may be renewed dependent on the student’s maintenance of satisfactory academic progress. Priority will be given based on financial need.
