Keith and Patricia White Scholarship-Special Education

Established by the Minot Sertoma Club and Patricia White in recognition of Keith’s 38 year career of service to the Minot community. Recipients must be junior, senior or graduate communication disorders or special education students, possessing a 3.0 or greater GPA. Preference will be given to ND residents and U.S. citizens.
