Olga Neal Teacher of Visually Impaired Scholarship

The North Dakota Association of the Blind established the Olga Neal Teacher of the Visually Impaired Scholarship to increase and retain the number of teachers in ND who are fully qualified to provide services to students and adults with visual impairments.
