Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Care Leader Scholarship

Healthcare Leader Scholarship:
Healthcare leaders play a critical role in shaping the future of care. This scholarship is designed to identify, cultivate, and support the next generation of healthcare leaders across North Dakota.
Applicants will propose an innovative healthcare-focused project that includes a leadership development component and demonstrates potential for meaningful impact. Projects may be existing senior-year, graduate-level, or independent initiatives already underway.
The selected recipient will receive a $5,000 scholarship to support educational expenses.

Eligibility Requirements
• North Dakota resident
• Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program at a North Dakota college or university
• Completed at least their junior year of undergraduate study or currently enrolled in a graduate program
• Pursuing a degree in healthcare or business administration with plans to work in a healthcare-related leadership role
• Preference given to students who intend to live and work in North Dakota
• Be in good academic standing. Undergraduate students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher
• Demonstrates financial need
